Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead plumbing and HVAC projects across construction and service departments in Texas.

You will drive disciplined planning, execution, and closeout for multiple concurrent projects, while ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in plumbing/HVAC, strong cost awareness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven track record of accountability for job cost and schedule performance.
• PMP or equivalent training preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Background in construction management, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full project lifecycle for assigned plumbing and HVAC projects.
• Conduct thorough project kickoffs to align stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution controls.
• Monitor job cost performance and ensure projects remain within budget
• Manage labor productivity and material usage to optimize efficiency
• Document scope changes, ensure they are priced, approved, and billed
• Maintain change order logs and provide visibility into outstanding items
• Coordinate with Construction Director and Service Director on resources & timelines
• Serve as primary point of accountability and provide regular updates to leadership
• Elevate risks and constraints to prevent delays
• Maintain complete project documentation throughout lifecycle
