Brown Button Estate Sales is seeking a Team Lead to own online estate sale projects in KC. You will manage catalogs, photography support, logistics, and client care, while ensuring quality standards and deadlines.

You are a natural owner, able to lead a small team, make day-to-day decisions, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates. This hands-on role offers growth and a supportive culture with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with estate sales or similar project-based work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own online estate sale projects from contract walkthrough to customer pickup.
• Lead a project team including cataloger, photographer, and assistant.
• Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and client communications.
• Ensure catalog quality meets standards, with clear titles, descriptions, and condition notes.
• Coordinate with the General Manager on progress and readiness milestones.
• Provide calm, friendly customer service during pickup windows.
