Job summary

DDS Engineering and Surveying, LLP in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead a major natural gas engineering project from initiation to delivery. This role requires coordinating multiple engineering disciplines, driving milestones, and ensuring quality and budget conformity.

You will manage client communications, prepare thorough meeting minutes, and work with a Senior Project Manager to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale utility projects.
• Experience with RNG/LNG projects preferred.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project lead for a complex natural gas engineering project.
• Lead client meetings, develop minutes, and track action items.
• Coordinate with scheduler and document controller for project tracking.
• Coordinate with technical leads across disciplines for deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide updates to the Senior Project Manager on status and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and owner requirements.
• Drive accountability and collaborative problem solving within the team.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align client needs with deliverables.
