SAIC seeks a Project Manager in Oahu, HI to lead the PMTEC RJTI program for USINDOPACOM at the Pacific Warfighting Center. You will guide multi-domain training and experimentation, manage a diverse team, and ensure disciplined execution with clear accountability across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, mentoring team members, and coordinating with military and civilian personnel to align with strategic objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus six years of relevant experience, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven project management in defense/military environments.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional project team (10+ personnel) with tasking, prioritization and performance feedback.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Establish and enforce governance processes for disciplined execution and accountability.
• Oversee PMTEC RJTI program alignment with USINDOPACOM objectives.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of multi-domain training/experimentation.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Decompose large scope into manageable work packages.
• Coordinate with military and civilian stakeholders for seamless program delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations.
