Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• Eight years of architecture experience.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Architect.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Performs architectural tasks with standard techniques and criteria.
• Coordinate with disciplines to resolve design issues and draft specs.
• Prepare reports, plans, schedules, costs, and permits.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and review RFIs/ shop drawings.
• Mentor junior staff to reduce documentation errors.
• Develop proposals and design budgets for projects.
