Job summary

You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with defined resources, including bids, schedules, and field coordination. Qualifications

• 5–7 years construction work-related HVAC and Plumbing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Bluebeam Revu PDF editing; COINs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and quotes for projects.
• Manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Execute and manage terms of project contracts and define full scope of work.
• Monitor budgets and labor costs and prepare milestone schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, Owners, and construction managers for assigned projects.
