Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with major projects in the construction industry.
• Experience working in cross functional roles across direct/indirect reports.
• Experience in construction project cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotation for major projects.
• Maintain and manage major project assets.
• Lead financial award transitions for large projects.

Project management capacity planning

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong business acumen

Computer skills - Microsoft Office, MS-Project and SAP

Ability to communicate effectively
