Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.

• Excellent organizational skills and contract knowledge.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs with incomplete data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with Suffolk Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner's contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the Suffolk project team members.
• Project Start-Up: Review contracts, confirm budget and milestones; create schedule of values and logs; plan safety and mobilization.
• Purchasing and document control: maintain buy schedule, subcontracts, riders, insured requirements; manage logs.
• Meeting Management: attend and chair schedule/management meetings as needed.
• Financial Management: manage requisitions, payments, lien releases and payroll.
• Project Closeout: deliver manuals, consolidate files, handle closeout, warranties and training.
