Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing underground utilities, earthwork, grading, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
