Derse, a face-to-face marketing agency and exhibit builder, is hiring a Manager of Project Management for the Pittsburgh area (Warrendale). You will lead the Project Management and Detailing teams, ensuring quality control, staying within budgets, and delivering client satisfaction on trade show and experiential marketing projects.

This in-office role requires leadership experience in project management within the Trade Show/Experiential Marketing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading project management teams.
• In-office role in the Pittsburgh area (Warrendale).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions of the Project Management & Detailing departments.
• Coach PMs and detailers to improve decision-making and execution.
• Ensure budget adherence and client satisfaction on assigned projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide real-time support to estimators.
