Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Project Leader for a leadership role in McLean, Virginia. You will support strategy, ensure on-time deliverables, and lead junior project teams including field personnel.

This on-site position emphasizes development of telecommunications and security systems with federal project exposure and TS/SCI eligibility potential. The role requires deep CPM scheduling expertise, strong coordination skills, and a track record in complex markets such as federal aviation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in telecommunications and security systems.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling and general contractor schedules.
• 4+ years on projects in Federal Aviation, government airports, or higher education.
• No clearance required but ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall strategy and execution of deliverables for projects.
• Lead development, training, and leadership of junior project staff.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and monthly project reviews; prepare estimates and submittals.
• Assist with project documentation, layout, and field office support.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and profitable.
