Job summary

Quanterix is seeking a highly driven Project Manager, Custom Assay Development to manage and coordinate execution of client projects in Bedford, MA. You will serve as primary contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and within-budget delivery, from pre-sale through invoicing.

The role requires experience in biofluid/tissue biomarker assay development within biotech or life sciences, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a life science or laboratory setting, preferably in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with commercial team to evaluate early client interest and service offerings.
• Draft Proposal or SoW with SMEs.
• Lead and manage custom assay development projects across phases (feasibility to transfer).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal scientific teams.
• Monitor milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders.
