Job summary

Tapani Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex water, wastewater, and civil projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will coordinate with field leadership, owners, engineers, and trade partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to Tapani’s high standards.

The role emphasizes constructability, collaboration, and strong team leadership, guiding projects from planning through closeout while aligning with Tapani’s safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have construction project management experience on complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, designers, field leadership and crews.
• Experience with collaborative delivery methods (GC/CM, CM/GC, Design-Build).
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, procurement, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team with responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with field leadership on sequencing, logistics, means and methods, and work plans.
• Engage owners, designers, and partners to inform cost, constructability, procurement, and key decisions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, project financials, and change control.
• Develop and maintain schedules, procurement plans, and milestones.
• Maintain strong field connections to align decisions with on-site execution.
• Develop Project Engineers and ensure safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
