Job summary

Three Rivers Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our Casework and Millwork operations. You will manage custom architectural woodwork projects from estimating through fabrication and delivery, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

As a hands-on construction professional, you will coordinate with field leaders, design teams, customers, and shop personnel to deliver cabinetry, casework, millwork, trim, and specialty components for commercial and healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent construction or millwork industry experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing commercial construction, millwork, cabinetry, or fabrication projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead casework and millwork projects from preconstruction through fabrication and delivery.
• Prepare estimates, review plans and specifications, and support design-build opportunities.
• Coordinate shop production schedules with construction project timelines.
• Manage labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project goals.
• Work with designers and project teams to develop and approve shop drawings.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and work-in-progress reporting.
• Maintain communication with internal project managers, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within shop operations.
• Provide leadership to shop personnel and support employee development.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost and efficiency.
