Lead Project Manager

This position involves overseeing complex technology implementation projects, specifically focusing on AI and contact center solutions. The Lead Project Manager is expected to balance technical understanding with financial management, client interaction, and detailed project oversight within a structured PMO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Knowledge:

  • Understand and leverage technology solutions to meet client business objectives.

  • Manage projects involving AI, GenAI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies like voice/chat bots.

Financial Management:

  • Handle project budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Client Engagement:

  • Communicate effectively with strategic clients to understand needs and ensure project satisfaction.

  • Serve as the overall project lead for successful project completion.

Workstream Management:

  • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring prioritization and alignment across various groups.

Attention to Detail:

  • Maintain accuracy and quality in project deliverables and processes.

PMO Compliance:

  • Adhere to Project Management Office standards and methodologies for consistent project management practices.

Required Skills:

  • Budgeting, Change Management, Client Engagement, Finance, Communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Office 365

  • Experience in project management life cycle, waterfall model, and strategic planning

The base salary range for this position is $106,087 - $151,554 , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
