    • Review team performance, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams to optimize efficiency
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as an escalation point for project-related issues that PMs or APMs cannot resolve
    • Maintain and strengthen client relationships while supporting PMs in issue resolution
    • Ensure alignment between Falcon Construction and client expectations across multiple projects

  • Financial & Contractual Oversight
    • Review and advise on project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost controls
    • Support PMs in contract negotiations and subcontractor agreements
    • Monitor financial performance across projects, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
    • Ensure PMs adhere to company procedures, industry best practices, and compliance standards
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for better project execution
    • Standardize reporting and documentation practices across teams
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide multiple PMs/APMs
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills for client and subcontractor management
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and bend
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and employees
  • Occasional travel to job sites may be required
