Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to define and execute the delivery of our employee-facing AI and automation platform. You will own the project lifecycle, partner with Engineering, IT, People, and Operations, and drive AI adoption while ensuring security and governance.

Reporting to the Director of AI and App Engineering, you will build scalable automation workflows, manage budgets, and shape a 2–3 year delivery plan to transform work across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery, internal tools, or employee-facing projects.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and delivery success for automation or integration projects.
• Experience managing the project delivery of AI and ML capabilities, including LLM-based tools, AI assistants, or intelligent automation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, People, and Business Operations stakeholders.
• Deep experience translating ambiguous operational problems into clear, actionable project requirements and budget tracking frameworks.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies with the ability to define, measure, and communicate delivery impact.
• Expertise in enterprise tool ecosystems with Slack, Workday, Jira, Salesforce, and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the ARIA platform project lifecycle and program execution across AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Finance, People, Engineering, and Sales and ship scalable AI solutions.
• Lead the integration strategy between HRIS, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge management for seamless employee experiences.
• Translate complex operational needs into well-scoped, technically feasible product solutions with a focus on productivity.
• Define and execute a responsible AI adoption strategy including change management, enablement, and governance.
• Establish and track delivery metrics; report adoption, time saved, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms; lead build vs. buy decisions for automation capabilities.
• Serve as internal project lead for AI and identify the next frontier of employee-facing automation.
• Define the long-term project delivery plan over 2-3 years aligning stakeholders and investments.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to define and execute the project delivery for our employee-facing AI and automation platform.

You will report into the Director of AI and App Engineering.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Own the project lifecycle management and program execution for the ARIA platform: Coordinate how the company employees interact with AI-powered tools that automate workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual overhead across the organization.
• Build and scale employee-facing automation workflows: Identify high-impact automation opportunities across Finance, People, Engineering, and Sales and ship scalable solutions using AI, APIs, and integration platforms.
• Drive AI-powered integrations through cross-functional stakeholder coordination: Lead the integration strategy between key systems such as HRIS, ticketing, messaging, and knowledge management to create seamless employee experiences.
• Partner with IT and Business Operations: Translate complex operational needs into well-scoped, technically feasible product solutions with a clear focus on employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Champion AI adoption across the organization: Define and execute a responsible strategy for introducing AI tools to employees including change management, enablement, and governance frameworks.
• Establish and track project delivery metrics: Define success metrics for employee automation and AI projects, reporting regularly on adoption, time saved, and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance: Ensure AI tools and integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance standards, especially when handling sensitive employee data.
• Evaluate new AI vendors and platforms: Lead build vs. buy decisions for automation capabilities, developing a vendor strategy that balances speed, cost, and control.
• Serve as an internal project lead for AI: Partner across teams to identify the next frontier of employee-facing automation and help the company stay at the cutting edge of enterprise AI adoption.
• Define the long-term project delivery plan: Create a compelling timeline and resource management plan for how AI will transform work at the company over the next 2-3 years, aligning stakeholders and driving investment decisions.

Who you are:

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:

$112,000—$168,000 USD
