We focus on eliminating conflicts of interest such as drug spread, rebate retention, and pharmacy ownership, while delivering rigorous clinical management at the lowest net cost.

We are expanding our team and seeking a self-motivated project management professional with experience in specialty drug management and a passion for cost control. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations, and will lead large projects, building and growing with the company.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, manage, and document comprehensive project plans.
• Design project goals, success metrics, and track progress.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, motivating team members.
• Prepare and present status reports, ensuring goals are achieved.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in specialty drug management through interactions and presentations.
• Meet with clients to clarify requirements.
• Adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Support internal program development and manage vendor relationships.
• Assist with system enhancements (e.g., JIRA).
• Manage member and provider correspondence.
• Conduct daily file audits to ensure processing accuracy.
• Represent customer and market feedback to influence company strategy.

Qualifications include:

• BS/BA degree.
• PMP certification (optional).
• At least 5 years of project management experience in health plans, PBMs, or specialty pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical specialties.
• Proactive, results-oriented, creative problem solver.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Located in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO.

This position is based in Earth City, MO, with standard Monday-Friday hours during core business times.
