Job summary

Pacifico Energy is a global energy infrastructure firm supporting major load projects from development through operations. The Project Services Manager will oversee information management, document control, data systems, and reporting to ensure accurate handover to operations at project completion.

Responsibilities include leading document control, maintaining reporting infrastructure, governing contractor submissions, and delivering dashboards that track project progress and closeout readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project services or information management on large capital projects.
• 5+ years representing an owner or client over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
• Strong command of document management and reporting systems.
• Hands‑on experience with project records handover to operations.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control and the project data function.
• Own the project's information management systems and standards.
• Administer the project action item list and reporting cycle.
• Govern the contractor's document submission and turnover documentation.
• Own project reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Plan the handover of project records to operations.
