Responsibilities

• Lead on technical proposals and program execution.
• Direct program management teams with cost, schedule, technical, and contractual performance for complex portfolios.
• Proactively manage risk with mitigation plans and issue resolution.
• Communicate status to stakeholders including leadership, multifunctional teams, and the customer.
• Maintain scope control through disciplined change management.
• Coordinate all technical aspects of the project to meet scope, schedule and design to cost goals.
• Travel up to 20%.
