Job summary

Brooksource seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects within a hydroelectric generation system. The role covers business and technical management to ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, and provide leadership in project controls, cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience managing large capital, infrastructure, utility, energy, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, controls, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement project management frameworks for large-scale/complex capital projects.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project WBS, execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Support project approval processes and ensure requirements are clearly identified and met.
