The Lanco Group is seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to oversee projects within the Broderson Product engineering team. This role involves coordinating deliverables, managing budgets, and leading a project team to ensure successful project execution while enhancing company values and culture. Candidates should hold an accredited engineering degree and possess 5+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership and communication skills.

Position Overview:
In this role as a Lead Project Engineer,you will be responsible for an assigned project from conception to completion. You will ensure the key design deliverables are met for the program. Your focus will be on coordinating deliverables, maintaining the budget, measuring team performance against KPI’s and providing weekly updates to the chief engineer and cross functional leadership team. Upholding the company’s culture, mission, and values by ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
