Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5+ years of directly comparable experience.
• Demonstrated experience in construction cost management.
• Strong technical proficiencies with project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Director of Project Controls.
• Analyze project costs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee budget mapping process and ensure fiscal responsibility.
