Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5+ years of directly comparable experience.
• Demonstrated experience in construction cost management or other business preferred.
• Strong technical proficiencies with project management principles including budgeting and forecasting.

• Report directly into the Director of Project Controls and work cross-functionally.
• Utilize project management software to analyze budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain cost tracking and reporting systems.
