Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Architect to lead technical design for medium to large projects and support multi-discipline coordination. You will serve as lead technical architect, promote BIM standards, and mentor junior staff.

You will work closely with designers and project managers to plan work processes, develop contract documents, and ensure quality assurance across teams. RA license and Revit expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 8 years of relevant experience.
• RA license or registration.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and presents lead technical viewpoint on assigned projects.
• Collaborates with project designer and manager to plan and implement work processes.
• Promotes BIM standards, best practices, and project team workflows.
• Coordinates with sub-consultants for QA/QC and supervises junior architects.
• Acts as subject matter expert on medium to large architectural projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
