Job summary

Experience and passion for Grocery and Retail.
License is optional: current architect license/registration is a plus, not a must.

Responsibilities

Proven track record of exceptional client management.
Must be able to take a project from start to finish.
Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements, budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with design leaders to produce preliminary concepts.
Prepare contract documents for building contractors and complete cost estimates.
Provide code and jurisdiction research and review drawings for compliance.
Administer construction contracts and conduct on-site observations during construction.
