The role focuses on early-stage neurological drug development, working under the Global Team Leader to drive cross-functional initiatives, integrate plans, and manage governance for IND-enabling activities.

The ideal candidate combines 8+ years of pharma/biotech PM experience or an MS/MBA with 6+ years, with strong knowledge of drug development and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/biotech R&D project management.
• IND-enabling activities and early clinical development experience.
• Familiarity with regulatory interactions and GMP/GxP processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Team Leader to manage cross-functional teams and develop integrated project plans.
• Oversee risk/issue management, budgets, and external vendor deliverables.
• Prepare governance and regulatory documents; contribute to best‑practice processes.
