Ohio State University is seeking a Program Manager for Military-connected Student Initiatives and Programming to coordinate and advance office programs on the Columbus campus. The role requires in-person work and oversight of budgets, with collaboration across departments to integrate activities into broader student services.

Responsibilities include managing lounges, overseeing communications channels, and supporting wellness and engagement initiatives for veteran students.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to work primarily in-person on Columbus campus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and administer the office’s extracurricular programs, including orientation, mentoring, high‑impact practices, wellness programs, internships/career fairs, and student leadership activities.
• Oversee day-to-day programming budget in line with university policies and integrate programming into departmental operations and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with University Development and Alumni Relations for scholarships and programming.
• Assist with Military & Veteran Student Wellness Committee operations and represent MVS to the university community during events and outreach.
• Oversee operations of five Student Veterans Lounges; coordinate Veterans House programming; manage department webpages, social media, newsletters, and merchandise.
• Handle confidential data, deliver student-facing support, act as backup student manager, and perform other duties as assigned.
