Job summary

Saronic Technologies seeks a Program Manager to own the Marauder 180-foot Autonomous Surface Vessel program from contract award to delivery and sustainment. You will lead cost, schedule, and scope, coordinating with production, engineering, and government stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in large-scale shipbuilding, risk management, and program leadership, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in large-scale production, shipbuilding, or defense programs.
• Experience managing government or defense contracts and customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of the Marauder program from award through delivery and sustainment.
• Lead customer contract deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain the integrated program plan aligning production, engineering milestones, and integration timelines.
• Drive risk and opportunity management; escalate and resolve issues threatening cost, schedule, or performance.
• Manage relationships with government stakeholders, operators, and evaluators; lead program reviews and technical exchanges.
