Job summary

Saronic Technologies seeks a Program Manager to own the Marauder 180-foot ASV program from award through delivery and sustainment, balancing production throughput with mission flexibility. You will partner with production, engineering, and government stakeholders to manage cost, schedule, and contractual obligations, guiding integration of kits and payloads while ensuring customer outcomes.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale production programs, strong communication, and defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in large-scale production, shipbuilding, or defense programs.
• Experience managing programs with government or defense customers and contracts.
• Proven ability to own cost, schedule, and scope on large, complex programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Marauder program execution from award to delivery and sustainment.
• Lead customer contract management, deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain integrated program plan aligning production, engineering milestones, and integration timelines.
• Drive risk and opportunity management across the program and escalate issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure build configurations meet standards.
