Lead Program Manager, Business Change Facilitator III, New York Strategy & Transformation

This role involves managing and delivering change management initiatives to support digital solutions in the electrical power generation industry, focusing on training and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations in New York and Massachusetts. The position requires coordinating training sessions, developing content, and managing change strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating in-person training sessions at client locations in NY and MA, with 2 sessions per day, lasting 3-4 hours each.
  • Overseeing logistics and coordination for training over 2,000 employees across 77 locations.
  • Scheduling training sessions during non-storm seasons (April–September), with some travel during storm seasons.
  • Developing training content and executing change management strategies, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Using data-driven approaches to measure and sustain change outcomes, refining strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with 4+ years of change management experience, ideally with technology implementation and familiarity with SAFe agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in Project/Program Management and Change Management are desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, creativity, and innovation skills.
  • Experience in agile project delivery and data-driven performance metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
