Job summary

Morales Professional Service is seeking a Program Manager with a Plastic Injection Molding background to support a client in the South Bend / Mishawaka area. The role serves as the primary customer service advocate for the program from development through fulfillment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive APQP, conduct tool design reviews, and deliver turnkey tooling and production processes to the operations team, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience managing projects involving injection molded plastics.
• Experience launching new programs with Tier I automotive suppliers or automotive customers.
• 3D CAD modeling experience and mold flow software experience is a plus.
• Tooling background is a definite plus.

Responsibilities

• Own customer experience, timeline and deliverables for the program.
• Lead cross-functional team and facilitate APQP processes.
• Deliver turnkey tooling, systems, and production processes to operations.
• Manage ECOs for assigned projects and accounts.
• Provide timeline updates to the customer at least every two weeks in a Gantt format.
