Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Lead in Salt Lake City to oversee financial metrics for proposals and ensure compliance across the estimating system.

You will guide pricing teams, develop proposal cash flows, and provide risk assessments to senior management. The role requires deep experience in government and commercial contracts, earned value, and financial forecasting, with DoD contractor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad experience with government and commercial contracts, earned value analysis, cost analysis, financial planning, cash flow, progress payments and billing milestones.
• Experience with ProPricer; advanced Excel and MS Office skills; ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment.
• Experience with creating financial forecasts.
• DoD contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for financial metrics within proposals, providing early warning of estimating system compliance issues and identifying risks.
• Assist contracts and program management in development of proposal cash flows and ROS analysis.
• Educate and lead proposal analysts and teams through the proposal process.
• Develop briefings for Executive Gate 3 Proposal Reviews.
• Educate PMO and bidders on internal processes and procedures for proposal pricing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to pricing professionals.
• Communicate changes to practices and processes within and outside the organization.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
• Know Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and GAAP.
• Mentor junior analysts on investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Communications and Spectrum Dominance sector in Salt Lake City, UT is looking for a Pricing Lead to join our team. Our Pricing Leads play a key role in keeping our departments and proposals compliant and on track. All departments utilize our Proposal Pricing and Estimating System to keep all projects and proposals moving in the same direction with accurate and complete information for our customers. We are seeking a proactive, self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented with good organizational skills and capable of multi-tasking and the ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision. Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.

Essential Functions:

• Mentoring of Jr. analysts on how to perform extensive investigations and understands root cause of problems.

• Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior program finance experience.

  Preferred Additional Skills:

• A broad experience and understanding with business financial management techniques including government and commercial contracts, earned value analysis, cost analysis, financial planning, cash flow, progress payments and billing milestones.

• Experience with ProPricer Advanced experience with Excel and other MS OFFICE tools Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environment.
