Blattner is seeking a Lead Program Engineer in Minnesota to coordinate across renewable energy, transmission, storage, gas generation, and data center infra. You’ll align multiple scopes from development through execution and lead design reviews with internal and third‑party teams.
The role requires ABET‑accredited engineering degree, EIT/FE preferred, 6+ years of related experience, strong communication, and travel up to 25%. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.
As a Lead Program Engineer within the Major Projects Group, you'll serve as the program engineering interface across renewable generation, transmission, storage, gas generation, and data center infrastructure—ensuring alignment between independently executed scopes while enabling Business Units to deliver their work effectively.
You'll ensure program engineering execution as it relates to large-scale integrated energy campuses, engaging from early-stage development through project execution to support alignment between client requirements and internal Business Units. The Lead Program Engineer will coordinate with clients, internal and third‑party engineers, designers, and other parties responsible for the integration of solar, wind, BESS, gas generation, and high‑voltage infrastructure into a single campus system, ensuring engineering scopes are aligned across all scopes before energization.
