Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles and budgets for complex technical projects in a DoD/IC environment.
• Understanding of the DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community structures and information infrastructures.
• Contracting principles, SOW input, and contractor performance evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules and adjust plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Leadership to guide interdisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and analysts.
• Ability to analyze complex data to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and budget/resource personnel executing projects within the squadron's intelligence analysis and production plan/portfolio.
• Coordinate requirements with interdisciplinary teams (scientists, engineers, intelligence analysts) and support contractors.
• Monitor expenditures, track variances, and ensure projects stay within allocated funding.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and leadership.
