The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.

As a Lead in Global Athlete & Sport Moments, you will play a critical role in the delivery and execution of the most pinnacle sport, athlete, and cultural moments around the world. You will lean heavily into event production, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional engagement to deliver world-class, industry-defining moments for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Sport Moments: Lead and manage the event production of moments across: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Running, Global Football, and more. Collaborate with sport leads to ensure consistency in process, framework, and project management, delivering experiences in a world-class manner.
  • Event Production Process Excellence: Drive process excellence by implementing event-based technology platforms, tracking methods, and vendor partnership strategies to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • External Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with key agency partners, and drive innovative execution approaches across all moments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align Athlete & Sport Moments with Nike’s vision and goals. Act as a liaison to maintain alignment through storytelling, look & feel, athlete-right services, and overall approach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the Athlete & Sport Moments approach using data to measure operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and optimize services to enhance the athlete experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on operations, share best practices, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, partnership management, event operations, and high-profile clientele.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to manage operational processes, scale services, and operate efficiently in a global or complex environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience using data to measure success and tell stories.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Experience in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • A passion for serving athletes and driving innovation.
Preferred
  • Direct event production experience.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with an understanding of metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience in the sports industry working with high-profile clients.
  • Established relationships and extensive background in the events industry.
