Job summary

RectorSeal Houston is seeking a Zone Leader to provide guidance to the production team and coordinate activities across operations, processing, packaging, and quality control. You will ensure efficient manufacturing with strict safety and quality standards in an on-site hourly role.

The position requires the ability to stage work areas, oversee equipment, train staff, report daily notes, and work overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 3 years in manufacturing/distribution required.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and process documentation.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.
• Openness to overtime and shift flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare raw materials for production runs and manage work orders.
• Follow safety rules, quality standards, and process documentation.
• Train personnel on equipment operation for the line.
• Maintain quality indicators and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensure equipment shutdown and area cleanliness at shift end.
• Enter and verify work order data in the computer system.
