Job summary

RectorSeal, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Zone Leader to support and lead the production department. You will operate and supervise the line, stage materials, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production while coordinating with team members.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining equipment, logging daily reports, and meeting performance goals. The role is on-site with possible overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 3 years manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts standing.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work any shift/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare raw materials for production and handle completed work orders.
• Follow safety rules, quality standards, and process documentation.
• Train assigned personnel on equipment operation and safety.
• Identify safety/equipment improvements and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain quality indicators and ensure efficient production flow.
• Enter and verify work order data and inventory levels.
• Complete daily written reports and manage end-of-shift shutdown tasks.
• Understand and maintain safety, mechanical, and chemical aspects of the job.
