Qualifications

• 3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro-mechanical fields.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of product life cycle (NPI to production) and LEAN principles.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, work instructions, and equipment specs.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician staff in production and delivery of UAS through factory acceptance.
• Apply advanced hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair skills on the line.
• Use hand tools and assembly tooling and operate general manufacturing equipment.
• Follow documented build instructions and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Improve safety and efficiency through regular auditing and 5S practices.
• Prioritize work to meet on-time delivery goals and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide feedback to improve building processes and participate in continuous improvement.
• Record daily transactions in MES, NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau.
• Report weekly production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.
• Train operators and support new operator training as required.
• Maintain regular, predictable work schedule and daily records.
