Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Lead Production Technician to assemble cutting‑edge Fury systems, integrating mechanical, electrical and software components into complex assemblies.

You will lead technician staff, apply advanced hardware assembly, follow documented build instructions, ensure quality, safety, and on‑time delivery, and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production‑oriented manufacturing or electro‑mechanical technician fields.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau).
• Understanding of product life cycle, LEAN manufacturing principals, and ECOs.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and documentation.
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technician staff in production and delivery of Fury through factory acceptance.
• Apply advanced hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Follow documented build instructions and use hand tools and equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures and improve safety and efficiency on the floor.
• Prioritize work to meet on-time delivery and manage multiple priorities.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement; provide process feedback.
• Maintain MES/NetSuite/JIRA/SQL/Tableau transactions daily.
• Report weekly production progress, blockers, risks, and needs.
• Escalate problems and complete on-floor training as required.
• Build a positive team culture with knowledge sharing and cross-training.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
