Job summary

Anduril Industries in Columbus, OH is seeking a 2nd shift Lead Production Technician to join our Fury program. You will lead technician staff, assemble cutting-edge autonomous systems, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and documentation.

You’ll work with hardware, software, and electrical components, use MES/NetSuite/JIRA/SQL/Tableau, and support continuous improvement, safety, and on-time delivery. Shift times, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, with overlap 1:00–1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production-oriented manufacturing or electro‑mechanical tech roles
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (NetSuite, JIRA, SQL, Tableau)
• Understanding of product life cycle (NPI to production), LEAN principles, and change management (ECOs)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication
• U.S. Person status is required for export controlled data and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead staff in production and delivery of Fury through factory acceptance
• Apply knowledge in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Operate hand tools, assembly tooling, and manufacturing equipment
• Follow documented build instructions and ensure quality standards
• Uphold safety procedures and improve workspace safety and efficiency
• Prioritize tasks to meet on-time delivery goals
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain MES/NetSuite/JIRA/SQL/Tableau records and reports
