Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a seasoned leader to head Custom Solution Production Support Analysts. You will ensure stability, accuracy, and strong business performance of custom claims processing solutions.

Oversee RCA, monitor trends, and drive timely issue resolution across claims, health plans, IT, and other stakeholders. You will lead warranty reviews post-implementation, escalate and resolve defects, and coordinate cross-functional investigations, aiming for high-quality service and operational

Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in configuration oversight, claims, auditing, or healthcare operations in managed care (Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace).
• Minimum 1 year of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for stability, accuracy, and business performance of custom claims processing solutions.
• Oversee RCA for complex production issues with cross-functional stakeholders.
