Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of relevant experience or 2-year technical program with 2+ years.
• Technical or Engineering bachelor’s degree with 1+ year relevant experience preferred.
• Proven leadership, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, environmentally sound operating conditions within design parameters.
• Lead, schedule, coach, and develop hourly employees.
• Facilitate communication between hourly workers and management for rail, safety, quality.
• Troubleshoot plant issues to maximize product and raw material flow.
• Assist in process improvements or capital projects.
• Review and authorize work permits; conduct audits and inspections.
