TAPCO is seeking a Production Lead II in Wisconsin to guide a production team, manage daily/weekly schedules, and ensure efficient operation. You will support lean initiatives, coaching staff, and maintain safety and quality standards to meet daily demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years production lead experience.
• 1–3 years of production scheduling experience.
• Minimum 2 years lean manufacturing / 5S experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic control systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to Production team members.
• Monitor productivity, plan schedules, and optimize workflows.
• Escalation path for work cell teams and daily communication with supervisor.
• Participate in hiring and corrective action processes.
• Monitor safety, quality, and delivery goals for work cells.
• Promote a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily performance and support staff as needed.
• Implement procedures and drive lean improvements.
