• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor manufacturing team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations on the shop floor.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement production schedules.
