As a Lead Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our production line every day. In this position, you'll help drive the success of departmental operations by planning and executing tasks that keep things running efficiently. While you'll have the autonomy to make decisions within established guidelines, you'll also have the support and guidance you need to succeed. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your team:Oversee and manage front-line manufacturing employees, primarily hourly team members, ensuring they have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Prioritize safety:Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and practices, creating a secure and reliable work environment.
  • Grow your expertise:Develop a deep understanding of technical processes and disciplines, leveraging your prior experience and technical knowledge to implement policies and strategies effectively.
  • Drive business impact:Use your understanding of key business drivers to accomplish tasks and ensure your team’s work aligns seamlessly with other teams, contributing to the overall success of the area.
  • Solve problems with confidence:Apply your judgment and problem-solving skills to propose solutions, even outside of established parameters, while working collaboratively and with guidance when needed.
  • Leverage resources:Tap into technical expertise, analytical thinking, and internal resources across teams to address challenges and make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
