Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Direct wire and cable manufacturing experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and proven work experience will be considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote employee safety and supervise production operations within assigned departments and work centers.
• Ensure compliance with daily production plans, schedules, and shipment requirements.
• Train and cross-train operators to support production schedules and workforce flexibility.
• Lead cross-functional committees focused on OSR reduction, scrap reduction, material utilization, and safety improvements.
• Measure operator performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
• Organize work centers, support process improvements, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments on staffing, labor relations, and personnel matters.
