Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 year(s) performing the type of work in the discipline of the work group where they will perform the duties of a Lead.
• 1 year(s) of the required 5 years experience in training, assigning and reviewing the work of lesser skilled Stakeholders or have formal leadership assignments from another organization.
• Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.

Responsibilities

• Study production schedules and estimate Stakeholder hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Oversee department activities and revise work assignments to meet schedules and contract priorities.
• Coordinate activities and provide technical direction to personnel.
• Interpret company policies to Stakeholders and enforce safety, attendance, conduct, and plant rules.
