Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint MRP or similar system.
• Lean and batch manufacturing background.
• Full product lifecycle experience from development through production.
• DoD/DoW experience or background preferred.
• Ability to work in Lynnwood on-site.
• US Citizenship and current Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Control and Planning Team across multiple contracts.
• Coordinate with engineering, configuration management and procurement to schedule materials.
• Work with quality control, inventory management and manufacturing engineering to synchronize flow.
• Establish standard work procedures aligned with manufacturing practices.
• Develop and mentor the production planning team.
