Job summary

The position requires 5+ years in manufacturing, leadership experience, and MES proficiency, with a 2nd shift and U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience building propulsion and mechanical systems.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams.
• Experience working with manufacturing execution systems (MES).

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality.
• Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Establishing and maintaining production schedules.
